LegalACE, LLC was formed by a group of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and entrepreneurs with the vision to provide discounted legal services to consumers across the country. We believe that legal documents are frequently price-prohibitive to the average consumer. Our services allow you to take charge of your legal needs easily and affordably.

LegalACE has been certified, by the Supreme Court of Arizona, to perform legal document preparation (License - AZCLDP# 80998). Additionally, LegalACE is registered and bonded as a legal document assistant in California (Riverside County, registration #146). LegalACE is also a member of the National Association of Legal Document Preparers.

Joe Griffin has been an Internet and industry innovator since the web gained legs in the mid-90's. Mr. Griffin has furnished and implemented top-level Internet marketing strategies for leading brands including Phillip Morris, Exxon Mobile, Cendant Corporation, Pulte Homes, Dell Computers, AT&T, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Kline, Harvard Health, Volvo, Robert Half International and many more.

In addition, Joe founded Web.com Search Agency, which combined with Web.com is the 4th largest search engine marketing agency in the United States. Joe Griffin keeps us up to date on search trends on his blog, searchconcepts.com. Joe runs day to day operations at LegalACE, and is committed to bringing affordable legal services to the web.

Adam Pollicino
Chief Technical Officer
Adam has managed web development and usability projects for top-notch brands including Disney, Kimberly Clark, 24 Hour Fitness, Hewlett Packard, Bacardi, American Standard and The American Red Cross. In addition to managing a powerful interactive ad agency, Adam has launched his own projects which include a popular music search engine currently boasting over 3.6 million members and 40 million page views globally per month. He is the chief architect behind LegalACE's proprietary A.C.E. (Asynchronous Contract Engine) technology platform, and manages ongoing development and creative initiatives for the company.

Timothy Reimann
Dir. Sales and Business Development
As Director of Sales & Business Development at LegalACE, Tim brings twenty plus years of growth-oriented organizational leadership, building successful sales and marketing teams on a national level. After enjoying a distinguished, top-performing sales and sales-management career with Merrill, Experian and Harte-Hanks, in 1995 he formed an international software development company, Rycom Corporation, establishing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients in Insurance, Banking, Retail and Information Technology. Tim was also a recipient of the American Cancer Society's prestigious Excalibur Award, for his part in creating a new donor development activity, recognizing lifetime fundraising efforts of over a million dollars.

John P Boesel, III
Senior Advisor
John P. Boesel III is a Registered Principal and Senior Vice President of Source Capital Group of Westport Connecticut. Mr. Boesel serves as manager for Source Capital Group in Scottsdale Arizona, specializing in investment banking for private and public micro-cap companies. Mr. Boesel has over 26 years of experience within the securities industry, and has assisted, consulted, or helped fund over 1,000 small companies in numerous industries.

Robert Dziubla
Senior Advisor
Robert Dziubla has over twenty-five years of experience in a wide range of financing, merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions throughout the US, Asia and Europe. Mr. Dziubla currently acts as CEO for Kenworth Capital, a strategic investment banking company.

Prior to founding Kenworth Capital, Robert Dziubla was the President of Orchid Asset Advisors and Orchid Property Funds, based in Bangkok, Thailand where he also served as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Dziubla's group acquired, repositioned, and managed the largest direct foreign investment in Thai real estate.

Prior to his career as an investor and merchant banker, Robert Dziubla served as a senior international partner at three major law firms (which included Jones Day Reavis & Pogue and Baker and McKenzie, the world's two largest law firms) specializing in international finance, corporate law (including joint venture, merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions), and real estate.

He was a founding partner of a boutique Los Angeles-based law firm that he grew to include an office in New York and eight offices in China, with significant Asian and European multinational clients. Here, Mr. Dziubla served as chief legal officer (outside general counsel) to a multinational construction company in charge of restructuring its $2 billion real estate portfolio, which included the largest portfolio of luxury resorts in the world.

Robert has also been Professor of International Finance Law and International Business Transactions (Adjunct) at the USC Law School and the University of San Diego Law School, as well as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles County Aviation Commission, where he was responsible for formulating policy on the County's airports, heliports and aviation.

Mr. Dziubla holds a BA and JD from Northwestern University, an MA from the University of Chicago, and an LLM from the University of Washington. He was a Senior Fulbright Fellow in Japanese corporate and securities law at the University of Kyoto.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys flying. He is a multi-engine, instrument-rated pilot. Robert is fluent in Japanese. He is a 7th degree black belt in Aikido, and won the Gold Medal at the 1993 World Aikido Championship in Tokyo.

John Holdsworth

John Holdsworth is an executive with more than 30 years global experience and accomplishments in the airline, hotel, and travel industries. He has led the global expansion of TLX to offer the most comprehensive automated crew layover management system available today. John has been an investor and senior executive in startup companies to global conglomerates, including British Airways, First Data Corporation, News Corporation, Reed Elsevier, The Churchill Hotel Group and The Anasazi Group of companies.

John was the former Executive Vice President & President Global Accounts and one of the principals, for the then Phoenix-based, REZsolutions Inc., that provided systems and solutions to over 80 major hotel brands and 6500 independent hotels, prior to its sale to Pegasus Solutions. John also serves as Chairman of the Tourism Development Commission for the City of Scottsdale and as a member of the Executive Committee and Director of the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Dale Jensen

Dale Jensen is an innovative, forward thinker. His accomplishments over a 30-year career have included eight vertical markets, five states, countless accolades and a three-continent tour with rock 'n' roll legend Alice Cooper.

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska he began his career as the youngest vice president of The National Bank of Commerce at the age of 23. After only three years, he co-founded Information Technology, a computer software and solutions provider for banks and savings institutions.

Revolutionizing the banking industry at a time when rarely anyone could afford a computer, Jensen's software and systems are now utilized in one in four banks across the country. He sold Information Technology in 1996, retiring from his 20-year role as executive vice president to pursue other opportunities.

In addition to his real estate investments, Jensen has holdings in technology, professional sports, entertainment, oil and gas exploration, land development, ranch and farm properties and the hotel and restaurant industries. Currently, Jensen is the largest single owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks MLB team and a former partner in the NBA's Phoenix Suns.

Richard Schiffrin
Senior Advisor
Richard S. Schiffrin is one of the country's pre-eminent attorneys, with a long track record of successful recoveries in major consumer and investor class action lawsuits. Mr. Schiffrin currently serves as Of Counsel to Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A.

Mr. Schiffrin began his legal career as an attorney with the Office of the Public Defender of Cook County, Illinois. Mr. Schiffrin represented hundreds of clients in both bench and jury trials, as well as appeals.

He then founded Schiffrin Barroway Topaz & Kessler, LLP, a nationally top-ranked firm. Among his many legal successes, he negotiated a $3.2 billion settlement in a highly publicized securities class action against Dennis Kozlowski and Tyco International. Tyco's contribution of $2.975 billion stands as the largest single payment by a corporate defendant in a securities case in history.

Mr. Schiffrin also taught legal writing and appellate advocacy at John Marshall Law School in Chicago and has served as a faculty member and lecturer at numerous legal seminars throughout the world.

Mr. Schiffrin announced his retirement from his eponymous law firm in February of 2008 and joined Grant & Eisenhofer. In addition to his legal practice, he spends a great deal of his time working on political and philanthropic interests. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association. Additionally, he is on the Board of Advisors to Jackson State University and helps fund programs for The Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies at The United States Holocaust Museum.

In 2008, Mr. Schiffrin produced the highly acclaimed film Bigger Stronger Faster ('BSF') a documentary about steroid use and abuse.

Vern Snider
Senior Advisor
Vern Snider's background is as a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience as COO, CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development in emerging growth, turnaround and established companies. He has a strong background in raising and closing equity rounds, bank and lease credit facilities, complex merger and acquisition structures, due diligence and negotiations, on a domestic and international basis. He has also managed the IPO process and SEC filings. Vern is also a licensed realtor in Arizona and is involved in commercial and investment real estate projects. Vern has completed over $3bn in transaction value.

He is currently an independent contractor through his company ProMergers LLC. Prior to ProMergers he was Executive Vice President & CFO at BlueStar Solutions, a Bay area start-up company that was venture funded and sold to a public company. Prior to BlueStar, Vern was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at then Phoenix based RezSolutions, Inc. that provided systems and solutions to over 80 major hotel brands and 6500 independent hotels, prior to its sale to public company Pegasus Solutions. Prior to that Vern held senior executive positions at The Anasazi Group of Companies, Applied Communications, ITI Marketing, and First Data Corp.
